What's the difference between your $100/hr and $200/hr tiers?
The $100/hr tier uses iPhone 15 Pro in 4K ProRes with natural lighting and basic audio. Perfect for social media, progress documentation, and authentic content. The $200/hr tier uses Sony FX3 or A7S III cinema cameras with professional lighting, wireless lav mics, and shotgun mics. Best for commercials, corporate videos, broadcast, and high-end marketing where production value matters.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
No minimums. Book as many or as few hours as your project requires. Whether you need a one-hour shoot or a full week of production, we accommodate your schedule. You pay only for the hours used.
Can your crew work under our brand name?
Yes. Our white-label option means we operate as an extension of your team. No Vourly branding on deliverables, no mention of our name to your clients. We show up, shoot, and deliver. Your clients see your brand, not ours.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, but we can often accommodate same-day or next-day requests depending on availability. Recurring partners get priority scheduling, so the more consistently you book, the easier it is to get your preferred times.
Do you cover areas outside of Seattle?
Yes. We cover the entire Greater Seattle Area including Bellevue, Tacoma, Everett, Redmond, Kirkland, and surrounding cities. For locations more than 30 minutes from Bellevue, we charge a $1/mile travel reimbursement.
Can I book the same videographer for recurring projects?
Absolutely. If you find a videographer you work well with, we will prioritize assigning them to your future bookings. Consistency matters, especially for ongoing client accounts where familiarity with the brand and style saves time on every shoot.
