How do I reschedule my booking?
Log into your client portal, find your booking, and click "Reschedule." You can change the date up to 24 hours before your shoot at no charge.
When will I receive my footage?
Raw footage is typically delivered within 24-48 hours after your shoot. You'll receive an email with a secure download link.
How do I download my files?
Access your footage through the client portal. Click "Downloads" on your booking to get secure download links for all your files.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your shoot for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. See our terms for details.
