Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. We require a 2-hour minimum for all video shoots. Photography packages are per-session with no hourly minimum.
What's included in the price?
Filming, all raw footage, and access to our client dashboard with revision tools, cloud delivery, and team management. Editing is billed separately at $75/hr.
How does editing work?
After your shoot, you can request edited reels through your dashboard. Each reel takes 1-1.5 hours of editing depending on complexity. You review and approve through our frame-accurate revision system.
Do you charge for revisions?
One round of revisions is included with each edited reel. Additional revision rounds are billed at the standard editing rate of $75/hr.
Can I buy credits for multiple shoots?
Yes. Our credit system lets you purchase in bulk and use credits across multiple projects. Credits are applied on a first-in, first-out basis.
