Can I Use the Video for Ads?
Yes. Full commercial rights are included with every booking.
Yes. You can run any footage Vourly shoots as paid advertising, and every booking includes full commercial usage rights at no extra fee. There is no separate license to buy, no per-use charge, and no expiration on how long you can keep running it.
Some studios deliver a video but keep the rights, then bill you again the moment you boost a post or launch a campaign. Vourly does the opposite. Once footage is delivered it is yours, so a single shoot can fuel a paid ad, a website hero, and a month of organic posts without a second invoice.
What your commercial rights cover
Your rights apply across every channel you would actually use to market the business. Whether you are boosting a single post or running a full funnel, the footage is cleared for commercial use from day one:
- Run it as paid ads on Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok
- Post it organically on any social profile you manage
- Use it on your website, in email, and in sales presentations
- Reuse one shoot across dozens of placements with no added fee
- Keep the files permanently, with no expiring usage window
Footage that is ready to turn into ads
Every booking delivers all of the raw footage, unedited and unwatermarked, usually within 24 to 48 hours of the shoot. That means you can hand the same clips to your own editor, drop them straight into an ad manager, or have us cut them for you.
If you want footage shaped specifically for paid social, the Ad Campaigns package produces platform-ready creative built to convert. Prefer to edit selectively? Editing runs at $75 per hour, so you only pay for the cuts you need, and every delivery includes one free revision round.
Booking terms, contracts, and pricing
Standard hourly and per-shoot bookings need no long-term contract and no retainer. A two-hour minimum applies to each shoot, and travel is free within 30 miles, then $50 plus $1 per mile beyond that. See the full travel policy for the details.
Larger or ongoing campaigns can move to a monthly retainer or a written contract if that fits your workflow better. There are no surprise licensing bills later, just footage you can put to work. When you are ready, see transparent pricing or browse the rest of our answers.
