Model homes and phased releases
A model home is filmed once and carries the whole release. When a later phase changes the elevation or the finish package, that is a new shoot rather than a re-edit.
Travel is free within 30 minutes of our Bellevue base, then $1 per mile round trip. Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish and Bothell are all regular ground for us.
What a finished-home shoot costs
Listing packages are priced by home size. On a 2,000 to 2,999 sqft home the Highlight package is $699 and the Cinematic package is $850, and both include HDR photos, drone, a 2D floor plan and blue sky replacement. Across every size tier the full package range spans $500 to $3,600.
Hourly is the a la carte fallback: filming is $100 per hour on iPhone 4K or $200 per hour on professional cinema cameras, and editing is $75 per hour. Washington sales tax is added at invoice based on the property address.
Timing around a release date
HDR photos are delivered by 10am the next morning. Raw footage is uploaded to your client portal within 24 hours of every shoot; on a project that includes editing, downloads become available once the invoice is paid.
This is not our jobsite progress work
We also document builds in progress, which is a separate service with a separate buyer. If you need pours, framing and sequence recorded month by month, start at construction videography in Seattle instead. This page is the marketing side: one finished house, filmed for a buyer.
