Photos sit inside that package price already, so there is nothing to add afterwards. The standalone ladder is priced by size as well and runs up to the 5,000 to 5,999 sqft tier, and the tour-only option carries the 2D floor plan with it. Washington sales tax is added at invoice based on the property address.
What this package leaves out
No drone and no video. Those live in the Highlight, Cinematic, Premiere and Luxury packages. If you want a scan and a cinematic cut on the same listing, Premiere and Luxury both include the Matterport tour, so you book one package instead of two.
Premiere carries a cinematic tour up to two minutes, an agent intro and outro, drone photos and video, and virtual twilight on three images. Luxury adds real twilight shot in person and a 60 second vertical reel.
When the tour goes live
The Matterport tour is live within 12 hours of the shoot. HDR photos are delivered by 10am the next morning, which is built for a Thursday list date. Travel is free within 30 minutes of our Bellevue base, then $1 per mile round trip.
