- Confirm access before the crew leaves. Lockbox code, gate code, and who is meeting us. Sellers being home is fine, sellers being asleep is not.
- Lights on, blinds set, cars off the driveway and out of the frame.
- Clear the counters and the primary bath. Anything you would not want in a photo takes longer to edit around than to move.
- Pets and pet gear put away.
- Trash and recycling bins out of sight from the street.
- Flag anything that has to be in the shot. A new roof, a finished basement, a view from one specific window.
