Yes. Every drone shoot is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, which is the federal license required to operate a drone commercially in the United States. We fly within FAA rules for the Seattle airspace, request authorization through LAANC when a job site sits inside controlled airspace near Sea-Tac, Boeing Field, or Renton Municipal, and keep the aircraft within visual line of sight. If your project needs a specific altitude waiver or a flight in a restricted zone, we will tell you up front what is and is not allowed before you book.

Aerial video starts at $100 per hour for social-media-ready footage and $200 per hour for professional 4K drone production, with a 2-hour minimum per session. Raw footage is delivered within 24 hours. Editing into a finished aerial reel is available at $75 per hour. Travel is included for any location within 30 minutes of our Bellevue base, which covers most of Seattle, the Eastside, and south King County; beyond that we charge $1 per mile. Typical deliverables include overhead site maps, slow reveal flyovers of a property, elevation passes along a building, and establishing shots that set the scene for a listing or marketing video. Drone footage pairs well with ground video from the same shoot, so you can book a single session and get both aerial and on-the-ground coverage.
