Residents are the constraint, not the camera. Send your access list and whatever notice policy you run, and we will schedule common areas around it. We follow your team's rules on residents appearing on camera rather than setting our own.
How an hourly booking is priced
Filming is $100 per hour on iPhone 4K or $200 per hour on professional cinema cameras, and editing is $75 per hour. The iPhone tier has a one hour minimum and the professional tier a two hour minimum. A typical project of a 2 hour shoot plus 3 reels comes to $425.
If the goal is paid social rather than the leasing page, the Meta Ads package is $1,300 for 3 ads. Washington sales tax is added at invoice based on the shoot address.
What comes back, and when
All raw footage is yours to keep and lands in your client portal within 24 hours of the shoot, organized in folders by shoot date. On a footage-only booking you can download straight away. When the project includes editing, the invoice is sent as editing finishes and downloads become available once it is paid.
Every booking includes one free revision round. Further rounds are billed at the standard editing rate of $75 per hour. If a technical error on our side costs you usable footage, we reshoot it at no charge.
Several buildings on one account
Managers with a portfolio book each building as its own shoot under one account with centralised billing. Credits can be bought in bulk and spent across projects on a first-in, first-out basis. Travel is free within 30 minutes of our Bellevue base, then $1 per mile round trip.
