Raw footage is unedited, full-resolution video files exactly as captured by the camera. You get all the clips from your shoot, organized by scene. This gives you full control to edit them yourself or hand them to your preferred editor.

All shoots require a 2-hour minimum. This gives enough time for equipment setup, getting comfortable on camera, and capturing quality footage. Most clients find 2 to 4 hours is the sweet spot.

Yes. We offer 5% off for 2 to 3 consecutive days and 10% off for 4 or more days. Contact us for custom pricing on larger productions, events, or ongoing partnerships.

Rescheduling: Free if done more than 48 hours before your shoot.

Cancellations: More than 72 hours before = full refund. 48 to 72 hours = 75% refund. 24 to 48 hours = 50% refund. Less than 24 hours = no refund.

Weather cancellations for outdoor shoots can be rescheduled at no charge.

Within 30 miles: No travel fee. Included in your hourly rate.

30 to 60 miles: $50 flat travel fee.

Over 60 miles: $1 per mile round trip, plus hotel if overnight.

Multi-day shoots in distant locations split travel fees across all days.

Raw footage is delivered within 24 hours after your shoot via secure cloud download (Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer).

Rush delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery available for an additional 50% of your total cost.
